Crutch (2004)

The early 2000s were a breeding ground for experimental gay films - emphasis on the breeding! 2004's Crutch gave hungry audiences what they wanted with a taboo and fraught older/younger relationship. David Graham (Eben Gordon) is an emotionally compromised teen dealing with a father who abandoned him, an alcoholic mother, and needy siblings. He's the perfect prey for predatory theater coach Kenny Griffith (Rob Moretti). Kenny becomes obsessed with David, even masturbating over the sink to a picture of David! No acting there. The men have sex and we get a great look at Eben's butt as he's face down and ass up in bed doing drugs. Crutch is based on Rob Moretti's real-life experiences as a troubled gay youth, and he doesn't hold back on the details. Crutch is quite the rush!
