Desert Rose (2022)

The South African crime series Desert Rose follows Freddy Grayling (Neil Sandilands) the patriarch of a powerful crime family who goes missing. This brings his three adult children Eben (Kai Luke Brummer), Ishara (Christia Visser), and Lucie (Daniah De Villiers) together for the first time in years. As it turns out, Eben has reneged on a decade-long deal to settle their father's family debts, so now he and his siblings must either come up with the cash or find their father. We don't get a ton of South African content coming our way, but it's nice to see Kai Luke Brummer back and baring his butt after making his nude debut two years earlier in Moffie (2020)! His Desert Rose is in full bloom!
