Dopesick (2021)

Dopesick (2021) is a Hulu original mini-series that tackles America's struggle with the opioid crisis through this gripping and thrilling drama. The series goes from the Purdue Pharma offices that are behind the distribution of these drugs to a small Virginia mining community that has seen better days. Finally, we see how the DEA handles this kind of drug problem. This series is obviously based on the real problems that America is facing in distressed villages and rural towns throughout America - and, to be totally honest, in cities as well - due to OxyContin addiction and other painkiller dependencies. So, yeah, that's heavy. There is a ton of pill-popping in rundown places by people who are at the ends of the ropes in this series. Each episode is roughly an hour long and the cast is truly star-studded. We have Michael Keaton as a doctor at the helms. Peter Sarsgaard, Rosario Dawson, Kaitlyn Dever, Phillipa Soo, Will Poulter and so many more. See? This show is packed with stars. So what about sexy men who show skin? Well, it is lacking a little bit in that department, but we did get introduced to the sexy and handsome Nicholas Logan who winds up going shirtless. He is shirtless and only wearing his blue jeans while he lays back on the hood of a Trans Am. He plays a drug dealer and everything about this little introduction to him is supposed to be sleazy, but it's really just making us horny for him.
