Attention Paul Thomas Anderson, actor Edward Hogg says he wants to work with you! Certainly, the lanky Yorkshire lad fits within the quirky casting of PTA’s movies. Before Hogg found success on film (Jupiter Ascending) and TV (Pennyworth), he was the lead singer of the band Porno King. We’re glad the music thing didn’t work out because we wouldn’t have the chance to admire Ed on screen. Like the sexy thespians Kenneth Branagh, Matthew Macfadyen, and Timothy Dalton, Edward trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. After making his movie debut in Nicholas Nickleby (2002), the dark-haired ingénue scored roles in Alfie (2004), Song of Songs (2006), Bunny and the Bull (2009), and White Lightnin’ (2009). The latter resulted in Best Actor awards from the Monterrey International Film Festival and the Mumbai Film Festival. The pretty performer also popped up in the period pieces Anonymous (2011) with Rhys Ifans and Vanessa Redgrave; Harlots (2017) featuring Jessica Brown Findlay; and Taboo (2017) starring Tom Hardy. Unfortunately for us, Edward kept his costumes on in these costume dramas. Yet in 2015, he displayed his naked T&A via the miniseries Indian Summers and the crime flick Kill Your Friends. Needless to say, Edward has a killer body! In the romantic film Scarborough (2018), Hogg bares his back and butt while hog-deep in Jessica Barden! The skintastic actor also exposed his… sense of humor alongside Sharon Horgan and Emma Pierson in the sitcom Dead Boss (2012). Even as a comical villain, Hogg is dead sexy!
