Fastlane (2002)

Two mismatched cops—one bitter, one brash—are forced to team up and make use of a variety of confiscated sports cars, flashy clothes, and large weapons kept in a secret warehouse called the Candy Store. Their mission: to bring in the richest scumbag criminals of Los Angeles. Big stunts and big explosions, lead to two networks showing the series each week (Fox and MTV).  You'd think Charlie’s Angels director McG handling the Executive Producer responsibilities would be enough to get you to watch, but factor in hunky hard bodies Peter Facinelli (who gives an arresting half bun shot in the first episode) and Bill Bellamy and you’ll be cursing the fools who canceled Fastlane.
