Who is the hot actor in Hot Frosty and can I see him naked? Dustin Milligan plays Jack in the 2024 Netflix Christmas romantic comedy Hot Frosty, and while he does a damn good job of showcasing his incredible physique here, he stops short of getting naked. We're here because Dustin plays a perfectly sculpted snowman who comes to life much to unsuspecting woman Kathy Barrett's (Lacey Chabert) surprise and delight. She teaches him the ropes of being a human and he teaches her about the male anatomy, as, yup, this snowman is blessedly anatomically correct! The best bits are saved for Kathy, but we won't shake a stick at the Dustin Milligan shirtless scenes. He can take a hot frosty on us any day!
