In the Courtyard (2014)

French art house flick In the Courtyard (2014) is directed by critical darling Pierre Salvadori and explores unexpected friendship in a time of transition. Aging rocker Antoine (Gustave de Kervern) decides to give up the limelight in lieu of something a little less taxing. He’s exhausted by the lifestyle, and eventually seeks employment as the caretaker of a Parisian apartment complex. The nuanced character study follows Antoine as he forms a friendship with a mentally unstable woman residing in the complex. The equally refined and sexy Gustave doesn’t mind giving us some shirtless action as he gets out of bed to explore a curious noise. Luckily this noise is coming from the equally sexy Nicolas Bouchaud who howls like an animal from his window. The sexy men of In the Courtyard can explore our courtyard any day!
