Legends of the Fall (1994)

Who wouldn’t fall for the handsome hunks in Legends of the Fall (1994)? That question is rhetorical so there’s no need to raise your hand. Yet raising another part of your anatomy may come up when the leading man’s clothes come off. But before we rump the bun, we mean jump the gun, let’s talk a little about the slot, we mean plot. Based on the same-named novella by Jim Harrison, this sweeping epic spans from World War I to 1963. Within this time, we meet a father and his three sons living on the vast plains of Montana. Colonel William Ludlow (Anthony Hopkins) is the patriarch and his alluring offspring are Alfred (Aidan Quinn), Samuel (Henry Thomas) and Tristan (Brad Pitt). The latter stud tempts and teases the members on audience members when he repeatedly touts his toned torso. Perhaps that’s why Brad nabbed a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actor – Motion Picture Drama. The movie also picked up noms for Best Motion Picture – Drama, Best Director (Edward Zwick) and Best Original Score (James Horner). If that’s not impressive enough, John Toll won an Oscar for Best Cinematography. No doubt the Academy was won over by shots of Brad in the buff. Fast forward to the 01:14:46 mark to see the built babe in a post-sex scene with Susannah Fincannon (Julia Ormond). The skintastic setup showcases Brad’s abs, bare back and nude booty! Too bad Sue is engaged to his brother. Nevertheless, Mr. Pitt’s perfect posterior reaches legendary status!
