Live and Let Live (2020)

Vivi e lascia vivere, or Live and Let Live, is an Italian series that dares to ask the question, can you really ever know anyone completely? Laura (Elena Sofia Ricci) and her three adult children Giovanni (Giampiero De Concilio), Nina (Carlotta Antonelli), and Giada (Silvia Mazierri) live in blissful ignorance of what it is that the family patriarch, Renato, does for a living. However, when Renato turns up murdered in Spain under mysterious circumstances, the family must finally confront their own relationships with him to get to the truth. While series lead Giampiero De Concilio doesn't get nude at all, he does have some sexy shirtless and swimsuit scenes, along with a gay makeout scene with co-star Matteo Oscar Giuggioli! The only male nudity in the series, in fact, comes in episode seven when we get a flash of ass from Giulio Beranek in bed!
