Also known as Adre Madrid, Madrid on Fire (2018) takes place in 1961, when the regime of Francisco Franco became quite concerned about why Hollywood movie starlet Ava Gardner had moved to Madrid. On the Movistar+ series, Ana Mari (Inma Cuesta) is a young, religious, true believer of everything Franco says. Despite suffering from Polio, she gets recruited by the Franco regime to pose as a veteran housekeeper, so she can keep a close eye on Ava Gardner (Debi Mazar). Ava's just divorced Old Blue eyes himself, Frank Sinatra, and Franco's boys are very concerned she's one of those Hollywood commies and is secretly in Spain to drive support against his regime. Ana is forced to fake a marriage to the dude posing as Ava's chauffeur, (Paco León), which stinks for her because she hates him with every fiber of her being. Worse for Ana is that Ava's not in Madrid to recruit anyone for anything. She spends her days getting drunk, lounging around and crying about how much she misses the crooner, which makes things awkward when the government officials press Ana for information about what dastardly deeds Ava must be up to. She's gotta make stuff up while coming to grips with the fact that Franco's not as good a man as she believes. Mr. Man would be more than happy to fake marry the Spaniard Paco León as long as we got to consummate it for real. At one point, Paco strips down and shows us those sun kissed cheeks as he rushes out of bed. After seeing those buns, Paco's more than welcome to spend some time with our man-taco! We also get a tasty dick tucking mirror show, ala Silence of the Lambs (1991), from the sexy and seasoned screen veteran Manuel Manquiña. If you're into that sort of thing, it's a great Manquiña-mangina! As much as Franco's fascist Spain much have been a hard place to live in at the time, there certainly was a lot of sexy beefcake running around the streets of Madrid, setting it on fire for our viewing pleasure! Madrid on Fire will have your hands all over your Franco!
