Mr. Man guarantees you’ll be majorly excited while watching Major League (1989). The all-star sports comedy was a box office hit, spawning the sequels Major League II (1994) and Major League: Back to the Minors (1998). Yet none were as successful or as sexy as the original. The plot kicks in when former Las Vegas showgirl Rachel Phelps (Margaret Whitton) inherits the Cleveland Indians from her deceased husband. As such, she makes plans to move the baseball team from Ohio to Miami. But in order to make the run to the Sunshine State, the team has to underperform with regards to attendance. Needless to say, the shrewd business babe concocts a plan to put the worst team possible on the field. Enter Jake Taylor (Tom Berenger), a catcher with bad knees; incarcerated pitcher Ricky Vaughn (Charlie Sheen); voodoo-practicing power-hitter Pedro Cerrano (Dennis Haysbert); dead arm veteran pitcher Eddie Harris (Chelcie Ross); and high-priced prima donna infielder Roger Dorn (Corbin Bernsen). Though the season starts off the way Phelps hoped, the team manages to string together a winning streak that takes them to the playoffs. Of course, the hijinks on the diamond can’t match the fun in the locker room. Check out Mr. Haysbert flaunting his ebony pecs and muscular gams while rocking nothing but a jockstrap. If that’s not hot enough, Mr. Bernsen steams up the screen when he shows off his bare back, butt and backsack 59 minutes into the flick. As you can see, Corbin’s naked T&A makes him MVP!
