Maximum Revenge (1997)

When an unjustly imprisoned cop is sentenced to a maximum-security prison in Maximum Revenge (1997), he discovers that terrorists have planted a nuclear bomb in the jailhouse. It’s an odd target, but the terrorists are odd people. They hope to trick the U.S. into a retaliatory strike against Arab nations. The disgraced cop is given a chance to redeem himself (even though, technically, he hasn’t done anything wrong) in this edge-of-your-seat thriller, made all the more thrilling by a shirtless Paul Michael Robinson flexes his muscles while getting fresh with the female talent. As they say, revenge is a dish best served shirtless!
