Mixology (2014)

The ABC comedy Mixology tells the story of ten strangers who all meet one night in a high-end Manhattan bar simply called “Mix”. Yeah, you’ll need a scorecard to keep up with the cast, but there’s the recently dumped Tom (Blake Lee) who hasn’t had a fun night in years, so his best buds Cal (Craig Frank) and Bruce (Andrew Santino) drag him back into the world of dating where he first meets Maya (Ginger Gonzaga), a beautiful and headstrong attorney. Surrounding Maya is her pretty posse: her close friend Liv (Kate Simses), a recently engaged gal, the amped up single mother Jessica (Alexis Carra) and her younger, painfully naïve sister Janey (Sarah Bolger). At the bar you’ll also be introduced to Kacey (Vanessa Lengies), the stereotypical ditsy cocktail waitress; Dominic (Adan Canto), the mysterious and handsome bartender trying to hit it big in music; and Ron (Adam Campbell), a British entrepreneur that’s down on his luck and blinding drunk after resorting to some criminal activities to try and get his money back. Each episode focuses on two of the characters meeting for the first time, with the entire show taking place over the course of just one night. Sound interesting? Unfortunately, it might have been too innovative for viewers since this one got cancelled after its one season in 2013. Your interest will be piqued when you get a couple looks at Adan Canto with his shirt off. He's a rockstar who has such amazing abs that every photoshoot he does ends with him being told to take his shirt off. Mr. Man would love to buy him a drink! Now that's a dude we want to keep a tab on! Mixology? More like Hunkology!
