Mosquito State (2020)

Mosquito State is a compelling (yet gruesome) takedown of capitalism that stays true to its title. There are indeed many mosquitos in this well-reviewed indie... and their presence in a swanky New York City apartment leads to some truly hard-to-watch scenes. But - yes, there's a but! - Mosquito State does indeed star the cute Beau Knapp, and he does indeed show off every inch of his body. If you can ignore the movie magic involved in the creation of these, um, intense nude scenes, you can have - as a mosquito might say - a bloody fun time!

Beau Knapp plays Richard Boca - a Wall Street analyst wiz making fortunes in 2007, right before the financial crash. He might suck people dry of their money, but later on in the movie, it is the mosquitos that will be doing the sucking. You see, Boca cooks up a money-making algorithm based on misquotes. He breeds mosquitoes in his swanky condo overlooking Central Park in order to study them, and offers up his own body to them as food. His idea sucks. Literally! Mosquito State fits into the "body horror" genre, but there's nothing horrible about Knapp's bod. In fact, it's downright gorgeous, and we're going to appreciate every peek we get at it in this flick... even though Knapp might be horrifically disfigured by large mosquito bites.

In one scene, we see his penis and balls as he lays face up in bed fully naked. His truly gorgeous athletic body (covered in some sweet jock muscles) can be seen in numerous shots, and many of them are even accompanied by Knapp's bulge in his tighty-whities. It makes sense that this is a mosquito movie... because his clothes are Off!
