Funny man Nick Swardson started performing stand-up at the tender and tempting age of eighteen. Originally taking the stage as a goof, Nick's brand of humor caught on, and he was able to turn his goof into good roles, earning the Minnesota native memorable roles in lots of fab movies, including his debut as an “Insane David Bowie Fan” in Cameron Crowe’s Almost Famous (2000). He slowly built up his film career, playing Howie in The Benchwarmers (2006) with David Spade, Hector in Blades of Glory (2007) with Will Ferrell, and a Playboy photographer in The House Bunny (2008) with Anna Faris. When he hooked up with Adam Sandler, he began popping up in various roles in a ton of Adam’s movies. He can be seen with the fellow funny-man in Bedtime Stories (2008), playing Michael in You Don’t Mess with the Zohan (2008), as Jennifer Aniston’s faux boyfriend Eddie in Just Go With It (2011), Todd in Jack and Jill (2011), Kenny in That’s My Boy(2012), Nick in Grown Ups 2 (2013) (where he doesn’t look half bad in Boy George braids and tightie-whities), the voice of a Pac-Man victim in Pixels and the voice of Kelsey in Hotel Transylvania 2 (both in 2015), Nelly Patch in The Ridiculous 6 (2015), as Bob in Netflix’s The Do-Over (2016), and Gary Rodgers in Sandy Wexler(2017). Beyond the Sandler connection, you’ll remember him as Nate in the Netflix movie The Wrong Missy(2020) with David Spade, and as a swan-straddling naked Bender in Buddy Games (2019) with Josh Duhamel, followed by Buddy Games 2 (2023).
