Nathan (James Lafferty) and Haley (Bethany Joy Lenz) kissing in the rain. The time a dog ate a heart intended for a dying man in need of a transplant. There were so many iconic moments on One Tree Hill (2003) during its nine-season run from 2003 to 2012 that one would struggle to list them all. A show beloved by every millennial who remembers when The CW was still The WB, the basketball based teen drama centered around Tree Hill's resident roundball star Nathan (James Lafferty) Scott as he deals with his estranged half-brother Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) joining the team and catching the eye of Nathan's girlfriend Peyton (Hilarie Burton). Over the years the Tree Hill Ravens will win all sorts of games, Nathan will end up marrying Haley, Lucas will bail on b-ball because of a heart defect and pursue a writing career that culminates in his book being turned into a movie, and other sort of normal stuff. But since that's not dramatic enough, Nathan will also get kidnapped while scouting basketball talent in Russia, a crazy nanny (Torrey DeVitto) will try to steal Haley's baby, Nathan will hire an agent (Robert Buckley) who is being stalked by his dead wife's doppelganger (Amanda Schull), and they'll all survive a school shooting carried out by a crazy guy named Jimmy (Colin Fickes). What the Hill? But even if that sounds like too much craziness for you, Mr. Man is sure you'll appreciate how crazy hot these teen dreamboats were! Sure, there were tons of sexy ballers we wanted to fondle as well as some comically dated cameos by Kevin Federline, Nick Lachey and Pete Wentz! But there was nothing as hot as when Chad Michael Murray went shirtless to shower, only to find that someone took his clothes and he had to run around school with just a basketball covering his balls. Pass! We'd smash! The basketball scenes were great, but if only One Tree Hill had given us the bouncing balls we were hoping for!
