Open Heart (2002)

Also known as Return to India, Open Heart (2002) is a tender romance film based on a bestselling Israeli novel. That might sound pretty normal, but it's directed by Menahem Golan, the guy who directed B movie machismo like Enter the Ninja (1981), The Delta Force (1986) and Over the Top (1987). Critics didn't love it and told him to stick to action movies, but at least it was full of naked action! The story centers around Ben Rubin (Aki Avni), a young, Jewish doctor living in Israel who gets recruited to go to India with the hospital administrator Abraham (Assi Dayan) and his wife Dori (Riki Gal). Their daughter Einat (Orli Perl) has fallen sick there and is stuck at a Buddhist monastery that doesn't have any of the medicine she needs. Does he fall in love with the daughter during his travels? Nope. Despite all parents wanting their daughters to marry doctors, Ben starts boning Dori! But that's not all. Then he'll come back to Israel and start doing it with Einat's best friend Michaela (Dana Parnas). Everybody wants some cock from the doc! If the daughter gets well, she'll probably get him off, too! As the dude in Open Heart that's never seen a closed pair of legs, Aki Avni shows off so much ass in this romance flick that critics thought leaned a bit too hard into negative stereotypes of India. We see that bubble butt as he's showering and the MILF needs to catch a glimpse, when he's on top of her thrusting so much she stops caring about her ill child, and when he's running naked on the beach! This dude is getting it in all over India! With all that humping, Open Heart will get your heart pumping!
