Rye Lane (2023)

Get ready for the meet cute to best all meet cutes! Rye Lane is 2023's answer to our favorite quirky indie rom-coms of years past, like 500 Days Of Summer, mixed with a little Before Sunrise for good measure. This is a British affair and takes place in London, where the jaded Yas (Vivian Oparah) and Dom (David Jonsson) happen to cross paths when both are down in the dumps from their previous relationships. Their adorable little friendship blossoms into something possibly more by the end of the movie, which takes place over the course of a day. We have to assume that David Jonsson's sex appeal helped put this relationship on the fast track. This man is simply perfection, and in the flick's hottest scene, we see David chilling in bed shirtless with his six pack abs and his big bulge (thank you grey sweatpants!) on full display. Sure, we'll stay in our lane. As long as our lane is Rye Lane!
