Daniel Defoe once wrote, “Nothing is certain but death and taxes.” Yet Mr. Man thinks it’s just as difficult to avoid Sex, Drugs & Taxation (2013). Not to be confused with the American dramedy Sex, Lies, and Videotape (1989), this Danish biopic follows Simon Spies (Pilou Asbæk), a powerful tycoon with a legendary appetite for decadence. He begins his notorious career as a travel agent for the super rich during the mid-1960s. But since he wants to make airline travel affordable for everyone, the entrepreneur meets up with eccentric attorney-turned-politician Mogens Glistrup (Nicolas Bro). As you can guess, the two Scandinavian studs end up becoming best friends while turning their company Spies Travels into one of the most successful travel agencies around. Yet when Mr. Glistrup says he believes paying taxes is immoral, he causes a lot of trouble for himself and his business partner. Of course, Mr. Spies is used to giving people a hard time. This is especially true when it comes to the opening scene. Just one minute into the pic, we see Mr. Asbæk’s erect dick! As a lineup of ladies lie down awaiting his attention, he poses and pokes them! The skintastic act showcases Pilou’s bare ass. Soon after, the lusty leading man receives some oral before taming an angry gorilla with his hot rod. Now, that’s what we call showing off one’s animal instincts! No wonder Yanks will add this foreign flick to their spank banks. Sex, Drugs & Taxation? More like Sex, Drugs & Masturbation!
