Shattered (2022)

The action-thriller Shattered might not have shattered box office or streaming records, but it's shattering some belts as men across this great nation spring major boners for the flick's lead star Cameron Monaghan! Shattered is about a lonely divorced tech entrepreneur Chris (Monaghan) who falls for a seemingly innocent blonde named Sky (Lilly Krug). Their relationship is kickstarted when Sky volunteers to care for Chris after he is attacked by a man on the street seemingly out of nowhere. But Chris starts to suspect that Sky is hiding something after she starts behaving like a wackadoodle. Adding fuel to the fire of Chris' suspicions is the fact that Sky's roommate is found dead. Shattered takes cues from chicks-gone-wild movies like Single White Female, Fatal Attraction, and Basic Instinct, and while reviewers weren't kind to this one, it's sure to scratch a similar itch as these other classics.
