Slither (2006)

When a meteor hits in the small burg of Wheelsy, South Carolina, this humble little town doesn't know what is about to truly hit it!  Local businessman and sometimes devoted husband Grant Grant (Michael Rooker) stumbles upon the smoldering rock in a field while having an extramarital tryst and gets stung by whatever slithered out, his life begins to slowly change.  He begins to crave raw meat, ordering steaks from the grocers by the hundreds, blisters begin to form on his face and chest, oh and worst of all, he has a couple of barbed tentacles now growing out of his chest that he is trying to bury into the first person he can to lay his alien parasite slugs into!  He drops his slugs into the unsuspecting Brenda, who becomes host to the seemingly endless amount of parasitic creepy crawlers that are turning every single town-person into a zombie with the single minded goal of not only infesting everyone in Wheelsy, but take over the world and then merge into one giant pile of disgusting fleshy goo with a hive mind that continues to spread around the planet, surely to take over the world!  That is unless Grant's wife, Starla (Elizabeth Banks) and the local sheriff Bill Pardy (Nathan Fillion) can mount a strong enough resistance to these disgusting aliens before it's too late and their town is taken over entirely, just before the entire world!  Slither doesn't bring much by way of hunky nudity, but we do get some shirtless Michael Rooker and a brief glimpse of a naked Malcolm Scott as one of the poor souls melting into the people pile being absorbed by Grant!
