In Australian flick Starstruck (1982) Jackie (Jo Kennedy) desperately seeks to break out of her working class background to become the next singing sensation. With its infectious musical numbers, out of control fashion and wacky 80s hijinks, Starstruck embodies everything you love about the decade of more is more.

It happens to be that Starstruck also gives us a glimpse of Ned Lander and his starstacked figure. What makes Jackie the luckiest girl in the world isn’t just that haircut, it’s getting to be in bed next to Ned’s nude Aussie hottie body.
