The Assessment (2025)

Imagine, if you will, a future where the conception of children is strictly controlled, and any couple planning on having children must undergo a seven day psychological evaluation before being allowed to procreate. The Assessment (2025) covers this exact territory—strange, we know—as Mia (Elizabeth Olsen) and Aaryan (Himesh Patel) plan to take on this week long trial. Virginia (Alicia Vikander) is assigned to come to their house and put them through a battery of tests, all of which have pass/fail grading, so they must pass if they're ever going to realize their dream of having children. Virginia uses psychological warfare to essentially destroy the couple's relationship, only to build it back better than ever... in theory. Speaking of which, you would think that this movie would have some nudity, in theory, but it's all female nudity, sadly. Himesh Patel is shirtless several times, though some of those scenes carry major spoilers, so tread carefully! Come on Himesh, let's see that Ass(essment)!
