The Death King (1990)

The Death King (1989) or Der Todesking under its original German title, is an experimental horror anthology that has seven episodes, each for a day of the week, which explores themes of suicide and death.  It also explores a lot of male flesh, starting with it's Monday segment starring Hermann Kopp who strips naked and steps into his bathtub. He shows his butt from this overhead shot and then dips in, giving a possible glimpse at his penis before lying back to ingest pills and call it a life. Tuesday gets even grimmer, depicting a man watching a disturbing movie on his TV that shows female Nazi soldiers about to castrate poor Jörg Buttgereit, who is shirtless and tied to a cross. Though there's a cut away just before the snip, Buttgereit is one brave man if that is truly his member on those shears and not a prosthetic. We also get Nicholas Petche in his boxers writhing on a mattress for a very long shot. And stay tuned over the bizarre credits, where an uncredited naked man slides into frame, lying in the fetal position before rolling over, exposing his butt, penis, and balls. Too bad American horror movies aren't this generous with male nudity!
