The Edge of Seventeen (2016)

If you’re looking for a wholesome double feature, stream the John Hughes comedy Sixteen Candles (1984), followed by Kelly Fremon Craig’s dramedy The Edge of Seventeen (2016). Both films are coming of age tales about teenage girls. Of course, this means there will be some cute actors playing their love interests. When it comes to this R-rated flick, Nadine Franklin (Hailee Steinfeld) is at the center of the story. If being in high school isn’t challenging enough, her best friend Krista (Haley Lu Richardson) begins to date her older, popular brother Darian (Blake Jenner). As such, we get to see babe-alicious Blake flaunting his rock hard abs while lying in bed, getting a handjob from his lucky lady just 19 minutes into the movie. When the captivating couple are interrupted, Mr. Jenner jumps up and gives us a better look at his perfect pecs! The film also features Woody Harrelson as Nadine’s high school instructor Max Bruner. Needless to say, we’re hot for teacher! Although Ms. Steinfeld was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy for her work in this film, we were won over by the flesh flashing Hayden Szeto. Per his portrayal of Erwin Kim, he shows off his beautiful bod while swimming. Nice breaststroke — emphasis on stroke! In other words, Mr. Man appreciates Mr. Szeto’s muscular chest. Sure, Hayden is the one splashing around in the pool but he’s causing some splash in our pants too!
