Tore (2023)

The Swedish Netflix Original Series Tore centers on our title character, played by William Spetz, an aimless man entering his late mid-twenties and struggling with the recent loss of his closeted lover. See Tore may be out to his friends—what few he has—but his family has no clue that he's gay and he's prefer to keep it that way. Tore spends his days working at his father's funeral home where he flirts with the cute florist named Erik (Hannes Fohlin), while he spends his nights partying, doing drugs, and otherwise numbing his pain. When Tore's well-meaning but perpetual fuck-up of a friend named Linn (Sanna Sundqvist) offers him a way to get quick money, Tore risks his life spiraling out of control more than it already has!
