Many male directors find inspiration from female collaboration. Take Alfred Hitchcock and Grace Kelly; Quentin Tarantino and Uma Thurman; and Nicolas Roeg and Theresa Russell. Together, the latter team made Bad Timing (1980), Eureka (1983), Insignificance (1985), and Track 29 (1988). If you haven’t heard of that last flick, we’d like to put you on track to see it. The story centers around Linda Henry (Teresa Russell). She’s a gorgeous gal who is fed up with her sexless, childless marriage to Dr. Henry Henry (Christopher Lloyd) who spends more time toying with his model trains in the basement than satiating his wife’s desires. As a result, she daydreams about the son she gave up for adoption at birth. That is, until mysterious Martin (Gary Oldman) shows up claiming to be her kin. In other words, this psychological drama will play with your head. While Linda wonders if Martin is just delusion of her troubled past, we encounter Arlanda (Colleen Camp), Dr. Bernard Fairmont (Seymour Cassel), and Nurse Stein (Sandra Bernhard) who spanks Mr. Lloyd’s bare bum! Not to be outdone, Mr. Ennis (Vance Colvig) flashes his crack. Yet these reveals pale compared to the skin on a young Mr. Oldman. Fast forward to the 01:24:38 mark to see Gary’s bare body! The nude dude exposes his bloody abs, back, sack and shaft as he attacks Dr. Henry Henry with a knife. Granted, Mr. Man would rather see him use his flesh sword. We’d also prefer if this pic was called Track 69.
