Review

Underground (1970) is a war drama that takes place in France during WWII. The nation is occupied and Americans have joined the war, so France is also a tense and war-torn place at this time. An American soldier named Major Joe Dawson parachutes into the country to help the French resistance. The resistance picks him up and finds out that he has a good plan with him. He has a plan that he dying to share with them about kidnapping the German general Stryker in this thrilling drama directed by Arthur H. Nadel and written by Ron Bishop. When his plan is discovered, he is taken to Germany for trials where a woman named Yvonne poses as his wife despite the fact that she is immediately repulsed by him. She finds him suspicious as well and when she does more digging she finds that he had previously been arrested for a similar plan and was captured and tortured. He then moved to England where he was living in an insane asylum, but he escaped to do this mission. Will she be safe? Can he be trusted? You'll find out! Robert Goulet stars as Dawson, so you get to check out this hottie in his seventies body at the height of his career. Robert Goulet is shirtless as he lays in bed and shows off some sexy chest fuzz. We are so happy to see what is "underground" in his shirt and it's chest hair. We'll take a hot, young Robert Goulet all damned day.
