Mario Van Peebles stars as Jack Valentine, an undercover detective recently reinstated from his desk job to hit the streets fighting crime in Valentine’s Day (1998), a made-for-television erotic thriller. The hardworking officer’s first assignment ends in tragedy when a mob witness is killed. Teaming with an old partner, Jack is given ten days to find the killers or he’s off the force. With time running out, the determined detective finds time to frisk some females (Rae Dawn Chong and Zehra Leverman) who may or may not be connected to the crime.
