Water's Edge (2003)

Water's Edge (2003) is a drama where a quiet novel writer and his wife who try to get over the death of their daughter. They have financial problems and decide that they need a cheaper change of pace, so they move into his father's old house in his quaint hometown. When they get there, however, things are not at all what they seem. One day he discovers that his wife has is involved in a heinous world of online sex and murder that the small town they live in would like to keep quiet about. Nathan Fillion plays the writer and he gives plenty to write home about! He wakes up shirtless on the pier after a drunken night. He stumbles up, but we wish he'd never find his shirt.
