Arianna (2015)

No, Arianna (2015) is not a biopic about publishing guru Arianna Huffington, singing sensation Ariana Grande, or actresses Arianna Lexus, Arianna Ortiz or Arianna Rivas. It’s actually a coming of age drama about a nineteen-year-old girl. Under the pen and direction of Carlo Lavagna (who also serves as co-producer), this pic is based on the real life story of Arianna Hulsing. As such, the film follows the struggles of the titular Arianna (Ondina Quadri) who has yet to get her first period. This causes her to see Dr. Linguiti (Francesco Linguiti) as well as a gynecologist (Lidia Vitale), psychologist (Paola Cecchetti) and radiologist (Marcello de Archangelis). Since Arianna is struggling with her late development, her parents (Massimo Popolizio and Valentina Carnelutti) try to ease things by bringing her to their lake house in Bolsena for a summer vacation. While there, Arianna begins to examine her past to try and figure out why her body is the way it is. She also starts to explore her budding sexuality when she meets a young stud named Martino (Eduardo Valdarini). The hottie steams up the screen when he can be seen flashing his flesh during a slow sex scene. Fast forward to the 53-minute mark to ogle Eduardo’s bare back and toned torso. If that’s not arousing enough, check out his baby-smooth rump. This skinternational flick features dialogue in Italian yet images of Mr. Valdarini’s naked T&A require no translation. Although the 84-minute movie is relatively short, it may make you long in the pants!
