Britannia Hospital (1981)

Britannia Hospital is a wacky oddball movie takedown of events plaguing Great Britain in the early 80s. Mostly the movie takes aim at the health care system in the UK, and it does so in the damn sexiest way we can imagine! The movie's tagline is even "The M*A*S*H of socialized medicine," which should prepare audiences for plenty of insane hijinks underlining needs in cultural change. We find the titular hospital as it prepared to welcome the Queen to open a brand new wing. Except everything is in disarray with the event looming. At the same time an undercover reported named Mike (played by Malcolm McDowell) is lurking around the hospital in an attempt to expose its seedy practices. Mostly he's concerned with the freaky experimentation of a sinister doctor, but (SPOILER ALERT) he ends up being that very doctor's test subject! In the movie's most shocking scene we see Malcolm's penis and balls as he plays a person sewn together from multiple people! Plotwise we're only supposed to be seeing Malcolm's head (the rest of the body is comprised of different people) but behind the movie magic, that's Malcolm's actual penis alright. In a previous scene we get a great look at Malcolm's unmutilated body as a nurse preps him and even grabs a handful of his booty. Malcolm McDowell is certainly one of the sexiest actors to come out of the 70s and 80s and seeing his penis in all of its glory has us feeling feverish! However, we will be avoiding this hospital.
