Summer Lovers (1982)

Hawaiian honeymoon. Disney with the kids. We don't care what your best vacation has been, it wasn't as good as the sex filled trip to Santorini Peter Gallagher goes on in Summer Lovers (1982). In the film, Daryl Hannah and Peter Gallagher star as Michael Pappas and Cathy Featherstone, a young, beautiful couple on vacation in Greece. Their happiness hits a snag, though, after Cathy learns that Michael’s member has had its way with local gal Lina (Valérie Quennessen). Does this ruin the trip and destroy the Featherstone marriage? Oh no, my friend. Maybe she’s intoxicated by that Greek island air, but Cathy then surprises herself by deciding that Michael can certainly be shared by both of them. The ménage stays strictly heterosexual, but Daryl and Valérie sure seem to enjoy being around each other’s nakedness. The problem comes when Cathy's mom Jean (Barbara Rush) makes a visit, and the Yuppies from Connecticut have to hide their horniness. Can they go back home, become a boring married couple and leave their swinging in Santorini or will their lecherous adventures with Lina fundamentally alter their lives? If only enough people had seen this to prompt a sequel with Gallagher reprieving his role and hooking up with a hunky Greek guy. Just be a little gay when you go on holiday! Suck a little weenie in Santorini! Until Hollywood makes that sequel happen, you can enjoy multiple scenes of butt-baring, penis-flashing, chest hair-flaunting fun from Peter Gallagher.
