If you thought the USA Network was coming after The CW’s title for delivering Must-See Teen-TV, think again since its young adult series Dare Me (2019-2020) only lasted one season. Even though the show received positive reviews, it didn’t go beyond 10 episodes. Based on Megan Abbott’s same-named novel, the crime drama focuses on the toxic relationships that arise from cheerleading squads. In other words, this salacious saga is a cross between Bring It On (2000) and Riverdale (2017-2023). Although set in a small Midwestern town, the production was shot in Canada. Its story kicks in when Colette French (Willa Fitzgerald) is tasked to coach the cheerleaders at Sutton Grove High School. Under the direction of their captain Beth Cassidy (Marlo Kelly), the squad includes Addy Hanlon (Herizen Guardiola), Tacy Cassidy (Alison Thornton), RiRi Curtis (Taveeta Szymanowicz), Cori Ross (Brittany Raymond), and Brianna Bradley (Erika Prevost). When Colette isn’t showing these students how to best wield their pom poms, she’s sharing her home with her hubby Matt (Rob Heaps) and her loins with her secret lover Sergeant Will Mosley (Zach Roerig). As such, we get to see the muscular man drop his drawers in episode 6. That’s when Will bares his buns to bone his lady love — standing up! Suffice it to say, the sexy sight makes us want to get up and cheer. Give me an H! Give me an A! Give me an R! Give me a D! Give me an O! Give me an N! What’s it spell?
