Deep Water (2016)

Aussie crime drama series Deep Water starts when a young man’s mutilated corpse washes up onto Bondi beach and two detectives are assigned to the case. When they discover that the victim has a connection to some other similar murders they discover that the killer is using a social dating app to meet the victims. Now they must race against time in order to stop this killer before he can find and kill new victims.

Jeremy Lindsay Taylor walks around wearing nothing but a Speedo showing off his chiseled chest and impressive body when he gets out of the pool then follows a guy down a street. It's a short scene, but it's packed with his impressive bulge.
