Don't Kill Me (2021)

Young Mirta (Alice Pagani) is head over heels in love with her boyfriend Robin (Rocco Fasano).  Like any young love though, the pair heavily influences each other's decisions, both good or bad.  So when Mirta and Robin both get a little too heavily into doing drugs, the pair accidentally die of an overdose.  Well at least for a little while as Mirta ends up kicking open the vault of her crypt and stumbles out of the cemetery as a walking corpse!  Soon after realizing what has happened, she starts to have an unquenchable thirst and craving that she can't quite put her finger on until she stumbles across someone with a juicy jugular sticking out and she sinks her teeth in!  Mirta is now a blood thirsty zombie and is on the hunt with living flesh and her dead ex-boyfriend Robin who is also eating his way around Italy! Lucky for us too, Italian Nudecomer Rocco Fasano is the spitting image of R-Pattz circa Twilight (2008), but shows off his unbelievable bumper a couple times in this gory yet skin-tillating monster movie!
