Drop Dead Fred (1991)

Phoebe Cates stars as Elizabeth Cronin is the quirky comedy Drop Dead Fred (1991). When Elizabeth separates from her cheating hubby Charles (Tim Matheson), she’s heads back home to live with her nagging mother Polly (Marsha Mason). While staying in her old room, Elizabeth begins to regress into her childhood and she soon conjures up the titular character (Rik Mayall), her nasty and annoying imaginary friend. Now that Fred is free of the confines—a jack-in-the-box—that Polly banished him to years earlier, he begins to muck things up, causing chaos and anarchy wherever he goes. The good news is that Fred takes vengeance upon all of those that have mistreated Elizabeth. Thankfully Fred’s antics provide some skin for us. In an attempt to humiliate a waiter, Fred undoes Michael Welker’s toga, revealing his ravish physique and sweet seat meat. Michael Welker is toga-licious.
