Vice Academy 6 (1998)

Remember when we were discussing Vice Academy 5 (1996), dropping the "Part" from the title presumably because it was cleaner. Well, guess what's back with a vengeance? The word Part, bringing with it a subtitle this time for Vice Academy Part 6: Bikini Bandits (1998)! Vice Academy's finest officers Candy (Elizabeth Kaitan) and Traci (Raelyn Saalman) are back in action, though this time, they're mistaken for a pair of thieves who recently made off with a fortune, leading to them having to clear their names! This franchise was never very male nudity focused, but this time around we at least get a sexy shirtless scene from Steve Mateo! That should please your Part!
