Joe Vickers (Bobby Ray Schafer) is back on duty as a psycho cop in Psycho Cop Returns (1993). He’s an undead Satanist cop hell-bent on killing anyone who he thinks broke the law. That’s unfortunate for a group of office workers who want to have a drug fueled bachelor party. Joe dispenses justice like a blood filled Pez dispenser, but he seems to really enjoy serving it up to scantily clad women.
Shafer’s cop is more concerned with killing off perceived wrong doers than taking off his pants, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have the right to remain horny.
