Embattled (2020)

Embattled (2020) is one tense film. The movie focuses on a very famous MMA fighter who does not tend to leave his work in the ring. That means that he takes the violence home with him to his family, which includes his son who wants to follow in his dad's footsteps. He wants to be like his dad, but as he gets older he resents the violence that he endures at home that his dad is convinced toughens him up. What his dad thinks of as training, a lot of other people would consider child abuse. Eventually, this son is tired of his dad's treatment of him, so he challenges his dad to a fight in the ring. His dad accepts! What?! Yes! His adult father accepts the challenge to beat up his eighteen-year-old son in order to teach him a lesson once and for all. Who will win this fight and will anyone learn anything? You have to watch it to find out. One thing is for certain: since these are MMA fighters, they will both go shirtless. Stephen Dorff is the famous dad, known as Cash, who gives us our money's worth in his shirtless scenes that show off his lean and fit upper body. His son Jett is played by Darren Mann who proves that he is all man when he goes shirtless, too, and shows off some tats on his pecs. His dad has sexy shirtless tats, too! Thank goodness they both take off their shirts. Like father, like son.
