Dogfriend (2022)

The acclaimed queer short film Dogfriend is about a gay date the stirs a rousing eighteen minute conversation between the two parties involved. Sign us the heck on up! This pensive meditation on sexuality, race, and relationships isn't without his hot moments. Most importantly, we get to see these two young men, Phillip (Til Schindler) and Malik (Lamin Leroy Gibba), all but nude with their limbs entwined in bed together. It's a realistic look at what a gay hookup actually looks like, and we thank these bold actors for putting it all out there for us to enjoy! Well, not all, as again, there's no nudity. Maybe in the sequel Dogfriend 2, we'll get some doggie style too!
