Exiles (2004)

Two people, each with their own agenda and mysterious past, hook up in Paris and decide to hit the road to Algeria in Exiles (2004). With neither money nor prospects, the journey is an arduous one. They walk, sleep outdoors, occasionally jump on trains, and, of course, depend on the kindness of strangers along the way. If it seems a bit aimless, remember, it is not always about the destination, but the journey itself. Romain Duris goes balls out in this one as the movie opens with a nude scene of Duris. We admire his bodacious backside as he stands at the window, and then he does a 180 revealing his luxurious laphog! Some more Romain undressing for my hand salad please!
