Hello Ladies: The Movie (2014)

The comedy flick Hello Ladies: The Movie (2014) is a cinematic spinoff of the HBO series of the same name, and it continues to follow Stuart (Stephen Merchant), a nerdy yet likeable Web designer who spends most of his days fruitlessly chasing after women out of his league, while bitching about his relationship failures with his part-time roomie Jessica (Christine Wood), a struggling actress. When Stuart gets a visit from his ex-girlfriend Trudy (Henrietta Meire), who brings her hubby along, the geeky dude does his best to amp up his boring life as a British ex-pat living in Los Angeles to impress her. You know the routine. So Stuart feels the need to put on the air of living a glamorous lifestyle, which includes getting a Russian model to pretend to be his girlfriend. Of course, everything is going to go horribly wrong. In between the laughs, Stephen Merchant shows off his underwear and bathing suit-clad body in two fleshy and funny scenes. Hello Stephen!
