Lover's Knot (1996)

Cupid, the capricious angel of romance and its eternal fluctuations, plays a starring off-screen role in Lover's Knot (1995), a feel-good relationship flick that mixes laughs and love. A lady doctor has tired of dating the emotionally compartmentalized scalpel wielders of her profession and has branched out in her soul-mate search to spend sack time with a college English professor (Billy Campbell) who is hung up on flowery poets and their rhymes of eternal devotion. Naturally, their path to permanent coupling is a rocky one. Both stumble and their pairing might be cast aside if not for the guiding oversight of a cheeky sprite sent to ensure their lasting love as well as spice up the narrative with caustic asides delivered straight into the camera's sly, winking eye.

Campbell is easy on the eyes throughout the entire movie.  In one romantic skincounter, he chases his paramour around the house while naked.  There is a brief shot of his bouncing, bubbly backside.
