Presence (2025)

Steven Soderbergh's first film of 2025 is the eerie supernatural thriller Presence (2025), a film uniquely told from the point of view of an unseen specter living in a suburban home recently purchased by Rebekah Payne (Lucy Liu) and her husband Chris (Chris Sullivan). It's vaguely hinted at that Rebekah has been involved in some white collar crimes, but the spirit in the house seems to be more concerned about their teenage daughter Chloe (Callina Liang), in particular keeping her away from local no-goodnik Ryan (West Mullholland). Looks like the Presence failed because we catch sight of West Mullholland shirtless after having hooked up with Chloe, but we're sensing a new Presence... in your pants!
