Surfer, Dude (2008)

Supposedly the flick that led Matthew McConaughey to decide to take his career more seriously, leading to the famed "McConaissance" a few years later which culminated in an Oscar, the comedic romp Surfer, Dude (2008) is a goofy flick starring Matthew and his pal Woody Harrelson. Matthew plays a professional surfer named Steve Addington. Fresh off of a world tour, he heads home but is absolutely befuddled when one day, out of nowhere, there are no more waves on the Malibu coast. As if that wasn't bad enough, his laid-back stoner lifestyle is threatened when money-hungry Eddie Zarno (Jeffrey Nordling) buys out his sponsorship contract and tries to force the mellow fellow to become a reality-TV star and video-game character. His manager Jack Mayweather (Woody Harrelson) sure dropped the ball there. Now, the question is: will surfer dude wait for another wave of good future to come his way, or is it high tide time for him to give into the man? Critics hated this tale of a surfer struggling to decide whether to sell out or not, and with Woody, Matthew, and even Willie Nelson in the cast, they blamed the copious amounts of weed everyone must have been smoking. Who cares if they were all high on pot when they were looking so hot? Get a load of these smoke loving smokeshows showing off their surfer bodies! Along with the gentle swells of the Pacific, we’re treated to the gentle swells of Matthew’s pasty white behind. He's playing a didgeridoo totally nude, sitting on the dock and staring at the annoying flat ocean. There's no cock, but we do see his ass from behind, before he gets up and we see his darkly shaded, naked body.
