The Fluffer (2001)

The Fluffer (2001) is about a fluffer, which is the person on a porn set who blows the performers while off camera to insure they remain hard for their scene. But The Fluffer plays with audiences’ expectations and tells the story of male fluffer Sean (Michael Cunio) who’s in love with gay porn star Johnny (Scott Gurney), who in fact is straight but working to pay off his drug habit. It creates a genuinely sympathetic character and lots of drama and comedy. Plus, as imagined, a fair amount of skin from oh-so-gorgeous Gurney (who turns out to be a pretty good actor, too).
