The Four Feathers (2002)

Four Feathers (2002) is fifth film adapted from the A.E.W. Mason novel set in 1884 Sudan. The story follows a British officer (Heath Ledger) who decides to leave his post right before his regiment ships out to battle the rebels. His friends and fiancee are ashamed of his actions, so they give him four white feathers -- the symbol of cowardice. What they don’t know, however, is he’s actually heading into an undercover mission. We wish could get a bit more of a glimpse of what’s undercover in this movie, but there’s not much. Be on the lookout for bare buns in  a post-game locker room scene, and a can-we-please-just-get-a-peek loincloth moment.
