Time to Leave (2005)

Grab a box of tissues because François Ozon’s tear-jerker Time to Leave (2005) may have you jerking off. Also known as Le Temps qui reste (which translates to “The Time That Remains”), this French flick tells the story of a thirty-something fashion photographer named Romain (Melvil Poupaud). When he discovers he has terminal cancer, the doomed dude forgoes treatment since that may not cure him. Of course, Romain hides this fact from his gay lover Sasha (Christian Sengewald). On a trip to visit his grandmother (Jeanne Moreau), Romain strikes up a friendship with a young waitress and returns home with a new attitude towards life. While the topic can be depressing, there’s absolutely nothing sad about the super hot sex scene between Monsieur Poupaud and Monsieur Sengewald. To see what we mean, fast-forward to the 17-minute mark. That’s when both of the men whip out their hard cocks to get it on. Although the scene is dimly lit, you can make out their collective abs and shafts. If that’s not erotic enough, Christian shows off his derrière three minutes later. In other words, the handsome guy is vying for your erection, erh attention. Nevertheless, this pic was a box office miss. The movie includes Daniel Duval, Louise-Anne Hippeau, Marie Rivière, Valeria Bruni Tedeschi, and Tobias Brahmst’s skin! Thanks to a deleted scene, we get to see the captivating caboose on the latter actor as he gets fisted in a bondage club. Ooh la la! Time to Leave? More like Time to Receive.
