After her first cancer scare, Almut goes into remission enough for the two to have a child together. However Almut's cancer comes back, and she opts to live her life to the fullest rather than committing herself to painful treatments. Fun! What really saves this thing is this incredible look we get at Andrew Garfield's muscular, plump, fat booty. He takes off his pants to join Florence in the bathtub, and the entire scene is a thing of beauty. Tears won't be the only thing jerking!
